The Joy scholarships aim to support meritorious students including those who may face financial, physical, or other challenges that may otherwise prevent them from pursuing their academic goals.
At Joy University, we believe that every student has the potential to succeed, and our scholarship opportunities are just one of the ways in which we demonstrate this commitment and extend our support to students. Students can avail the scholarship opportunities, subject to meeting certain eligibility criteria which may include academic performance, specific skills or talent, and financial need.

Definitions
- Differently Abled: As per RPwD Act, 2016; 40% permanent disability & UID required.
- Defence & Paramilitary: Indian Armed Forces, paramilitary personnel and dependents.
- Sports International/National Level: Only with certified participation and victory by appropriate authorities.
- Domicile: Minimum 7 years schooling in TN, passed 10th/12th in TN; counted by years studied.
Application Process
- Participate in Joy Selection Process and secure admission.
- Complete programme registration and verify eligibility.
- Download & submit the scholarship application form with all documents.
- Committee evaluation and personal interview; award communicated directly.
- Check University notifications regularly for updates.
Scholarship Renewal Conditions
- Maintain minimum 6.5 GPA each semester.
- No backlogs; no disciplinary action.
- Renewal application by 30th July each year, with all mark sheets.
- No gap in academics during the programme.
- Final decisions by Scholarship Committee and University are binding.
